Another section of the same [papillomatous growth from larynx], also prepared and mounted by Dr A. Edington. It seems to have been made chiefly through the connective tissue basis of the papilla, as the cells are mostly spindle ones. On the right, a little above the middle, a transverse section of a branch has been made, and shows the rounded, columnar, or germinal layer of cells; there is also another, but scarcely so well defined, transversely cut branch on the left.
