Photograph depicts a giant pedunculate growth on the thigh of a 66 year old woman who had it since the age of 3. The tumor was removed after it became ulcerous. There is no author's name, but the initials "L. G." stand for "Le Gérant", or manager, who in this instance is probably Montméja since the operation took place at Saint-Louis.
